As Gaeul entered the lounge bar, her face lit up with expectation as she took in her surroundings.

It was her first time at a hotel. She usually preferred cheaper accommodations like hostels for family or friend trips, so she had never stayed at such an expensive place before. Normally, she might have been nervous, but thanks to the alcohol, she felt appropriately excited. If she had been sober, she might have felt intimidated by the luxurious lobby, but with the help of alcohol, everything seemed new and fascinating to Gaeul.

Alcohol was a magical elixir for Gaeul, relaxing her and instilling a sense of boldness. A little alcohol made life enjoyable, while too much could lead to blackouts. Fortunately, she didn't drink often, having only blacked out once before during last year’s club retreat. The memory of suddenly disappearing from the accommodation while completely inebriated suggested that when she reached that level of intoxication, her latent impulsiveness and adventurous spirit would emerge.

Gaeul checked the reply from her date in the lobby and smiled with anticipation. The messaging app displayed a message from him.

「Windmill: I'm the most handsome guy here. I'll be watching the entrance, so when our eyes meet, I'll give you a nod.」

With a cheerful heart, she lifted her head and scanned her surroundings. It was Friday evening, so the place was bustling with people. Among the crowd, a man sitting alone at a table by the window caught her eye. Even a fleeting glance was enough to captivate her attention; he had a striking appearance.

He was much more attractive than she had expected.

At first glance, he seemed a bit cold, perhaps due to his expressionless face. His neatly swept-back hair accentuated his dark eyebrows, which were the first thing that caught her eye. Below them were his sharp eyes with subtle double eyelids, a straight nose that cast a clear shadow under the light, and lips that exuded a strong presence. Everything about him appeared perfectly drawn, like a work of art.

Before long, the man's gaze turned toward her as well. As their eyes met, the sharp edge of his jawline accentuated a masculine Adam's apple that moved slightly up and down.

Gaeul was certain. Without a doubt, there was no one in this lounge more handsome than him. She had never seen anyone, not just ordinary people but even celebrities, with such striking features.

With determination, she moved toward the man. Standing in front of him, Gaeul confidently opened her mouth to speak.

"That's you, right?"

“...What?"

He raised an eyebrow and looked at her.

“You're my one-night stand for today."

Gaeul confidently held her phone screen out to him. The man's gaze slowly shifted to the screen, where a chat window from a dating app, popular for one-night stands, was open.

The man showed no reaction other than shifting his gaze. "Oh, is it not you?" Gaeul muttered, her confidence waning.

"He said he’s the most handsome person in the lounge... Aren't you that guy?"

Only after hearing her words did the man raise his head and look at Gaeul. He quirked the corner of his mouth.

"Who knows."

The man smiled mischievously as if he had found something amusing. His gaze shifted towards the bathroom, then back to Gaeul.

"If not?"

"Oh, if not, then I'm sorry."

Gaeul hastily put away her phone and stepped back.

"Wait a moment."

She was about to turn away but then turned back to face the man.

"I think that's me."

"As expected, right?"

"Since they said the most handsome person in the lounge, it must be me."

Gaeul casually glanced around. Indeed, the most handsome person here was undoubtedly this man.

"That's right."

"So, you want to sleep with me?"

"Yes. We’ve been in contact through this. Your nickname is..."

"'Windmill.' It's written right there."

The man pointed to the phone that Gaeul had shown him.

"That's right. Windmill."

"I’d like to check the app’s conversation history for verification."

"Then please show me your app as well."

"My phone just ran out of battery. Besides, I’m obviously the most handsome person in the lounge, so there’s no need to prove it, right?"

He was shameless but had a face to be confident about.

When Gaeul hesitated to deny it, he turned his head toward the window and cleared his throat briefly. His long neck showed a prominent Adam's apple.

"...If you put it that way, it seems like you’ve already proven it.”

"However?"

Gaeul's gaze swept over the man's appearance again. No matter how she looked at it, it seemed unlikely she would find a better one-night stand partner than this man if she left tonight.

“First of all, my neck is sore, so just sit here.”

"Ah, okay."

The man gestured with his chin toward the seat in front of him. As Gaeul quickly sat down, he calmly extended his palm toward her, as if asking for her phone. One of his eyebrows arched upwards.

Well, since the other person already knew the contents, it shouldn't matter.

"Here you go."

She handed over her phone. For some reason, everything seemed to unfold according to his wishes, yet just the sight of his face made her body react and move unconsciously. It was that precise moment when Juhee's words about facial expressions being persuasive resonated deeply.

The man's gaze shifted to the phone screen. With a calm demeanour, he scrolled back up and began to thoroughly read the conversation they had exchanged. As he skimmed through the messages, his expression abruptly darkened. Ha. A hollow laugh escaped him, twisting his lips into a wry smile.

“Is it your first time?”

"That’s right. You kept asking during the chat too."

His expression hardened completely. The man paused at the troubling scene, pondering for a moment before finally setting down her phone as if he had reached a definitive conclusion.

“Having seen this much, I suppose it’s confirmed.”

Gaeul quickly grabbed her phone.

He regained his calm demeanour and spoke up again.

“Do I have to be a virgin too?”

"...What?"

“Are you hoping I’m a virgin?”

“No, as long as you don’t have any STDs, I don’t really mind. By the way, how are your skills?”

“I’ve never failed to satisfy anyone so far.”

Gaeul rolled her big eyes and cautiously spoke.

“I'm glad to hear that, but… it seems like you have quite a lot of experience."

“I’m not a player. It doesn’t suit my personality to just fool around.”

"Then why did you accept me when I’m just a one-night stand?"

Interest flickered again in the man’s gaze. He curved his lips into a charming smile.

"You ask a lot of questions."

“It might be just one of many experiences for you, but for me, it’s something significant.”

The man leaned back in his chair and met her gaze.

"Just because."

His intense gaze lingered on her face.

"You resemble the dog that my company has."

"...A dog?"

“You seem a bit clueless, which is kind of amusing.”

"That's a bit offensive, but I’ll let it slide because of your looks.”

“Do looks earn you bonus points too?”

"Of course, since we're collaborating with our bodies."

"Let's assume that's the case."

Gaeul cautiously spoke, watching the man's reaction.

“Excuse me, but we’re meeting for the first time, right? Why have you been speaking informally? You said you’re 27, and I’m 28.”

"Oh, right."

The man smiled again and continued speaking.

"How old do I look?"

"It’s probably because your clothes look quite professional, which makes you seem a bit older than you mentioned. Still, I’d say you’re in your late 20s, around 29 to 30."

“Even so, do you want to hear me call you ‘noona’?”

“No, it’s not that I particularly want that. But there is an age difference.”

"What if I'm not 27."

Gaeul's eyes widened.

“Did you lie to me? Then, were the abs, the fact that you have no STDs, and your skills all lies too?”

“Everything except my age is true. Is age really that important for a one-night stand?”

Gaeul pondered. The man was so handsome that she had never even seen anyone like him on TV. If the rest of the claims were lies, they would be exposed soon anyway, so it didn’t make sense for him to come all this way just to tell the truth about his age.

“If the rest are lies, I’ll sue you.”

“What are you going to do? Go to the police station and report that the guy you had a one-night stand with turned out to have no abs and terrible skills?”

“No. If you have a sexually transmitted disease. A STD.”

“I told you, I don’t have one.”

"Hmm, okay."

His face and the alcohol gave her courage.

Since he was sitting, it was hard to gauge his height, but he had broad shoulders and long legs. He definitely had a sturdy build rather than a slim one. Just by looking at his rolled-up shirt sleeves and neck muscles, it was clear that he had a solid physique underneath. And she even had a verification photo of that.

“So, I guess age isn’t really that important. I don’t really like the idea of you calling me ‘noona’ either. Anyway, you’re older than me, right?”

"Yes."

“Well, it’s just a one-night stand, so it doesn’t really matter.”

She had lied about her age as well, so she had no grounds to argue. If he was at least five years older than her, considering she was 28, that meant he was significantly older. However, looking at his face, she quickly rationalised it. After all, in a one-night stand, what mattered was physical age, not the actual number, right?

“And I don’t use honorifics with women I’m going to have sex with.”

"Why is that?"

“Pretending to be smooth and hitting on a woman I’ve just met just doesn’t suit my personality.”

“...”

"Why? Do you want me to flirt with you?"

The man smirked slightly.

It was definitely a situation that should have made her angry, but seeing the way the corners of his mouth curved smoothly, she didn’t feel that way at all. This was what it meant to have good looks. Since they weren’t going to date anyway, she thought, what did it matter?

Gaeul, who had been quietly watching him, shook her head.

"That's enough. Forcing yourself to be kind doesn't make you kind. That's just your true personality, right?"

"I hear a lot of people say I'm annoying."

"You know it even without me saying it. But why did you use formal language in the app?"

"Just because. Does it really need a big reason?"

His indifferent answer made her pout in dissatisfaction. For a moment, the man's face stiffened, and his expression subtly changed.

"Your name is listed as Winter."

"Oh, that’s right. Mr. Windmill."

"It's not Windmill, but Seo Dohyun. What's your name?"

"Gyeoul. Lee Gyeoul."

Gaeul presented the lie she had prepared.

It was a fake name she came up with based on Juhee's advice that if you're not good at lying, mix in some truth.

"Gyeoul..."

Dohyun gazed at Gaeul with an unreadable expression and murmured quietly.

Before the conversation about names could go any further, Gaeul quickly spoke up.

“Um, I have something else I'm curious about.”

"What is it?"

"You don't have a windmill tattoo on your wrist. But it was in the app photo. What happened?"

"That's not a tattoo, it's a sticker. It washes off with water."

Gaeul nodded without a hint of suspicion at the skilful lie, thinking, ‘I see.’ These days, tattoo stickers were so well-made that they looked so real and pretty. Although he didn't seem like the type to wear such stickers, she thought there must have been a reason for it.

Honestly, if it had been another man, there would have been reasons for suspicion, but with him, everything was strangely easy to accept. The lingering effects of the alcohol, which still felt good, also helped ease her vigilance to some extent.

"Excuse me, Mr. Seo Dohyun."

"What?"

Ah. He added a sound that was like a sigh.

"Shall we start heading up?"

Gaeul hurriedly stopped him.

"Wait a moment. You've been answering so well, but there's one more thing I need to confirm before we go up. It's a bit personal though..."

"What is it this time?"

"I've heard that, size is very important. Can you tell me about it?"

Dohyun looked at her with a dumbfounded expression and then chuckled softly.

This man even had a pleasant laugh.

"That's funny."

He composed himself and continued speaking.

"I can't show you here."

"That’s right. Even a rough idea is fine."

"Show me your hand."

Gaeul opened her palm and extended it towards Dohyun. He brought his hand to her wrist and placed the tip of his index finger on it. She flinched. Her small hand trembling slightly. Their gazes naturally shifted to where their hands met. The size difference in their hands was noticeable enough to suggest a height difference between them. Although Gaeul was quite tall for a woman, the size of Dohyun's hand indicated he was likely even taller.

The fingertip that touched her delicate wrist were firm and rough. For some reason, it felt as if a warm energy was radiating from that point.

“From here."

His fingertip slowly traced up her palm. It passed halfway over her lifeline, crossing two prominent lines before moving toward her middle finger. The sensation was ticklish enough to make her tense, leaving a lingering warmth in its wake. For some reason, she felt a tightness formed between her legs.

"Since your hand is small, it might extend a bit beyond your fingertip."

His index finger moved slightly beyond Gaeul's middle finger and then came to a stop.

“Up to here.”

A silence fell between them.

When Seo Dohyun lifted his head, Gaeul followed suit and met his gaze.

"This is the size before it's erect."

She swallowed nervously.

If Juhee heard this news, she would surely celebrate with fanfare by her side.

"If it's too difficult, you don't have to take it all in."

As soon as she heard those words, her lower abdomen tightened, as if he were already inside her.

"Let's just try it first."

A low chuckle was heard again.

For some reason, his voice sounded deeper and subdued than before.
